Bournemouth Beach

Bournemouth’s safe, clean, and sandy beaches have won the European 'Blue Flag' accolade many times. Dog free and smoke free zones also add to the environmental quality - so important to families with young children. All activities are thoughtfully zoned and monitored so that the beach remains a safe place for all visitors.

Bournemouth Pier

The striking pier on Bournemouth's popular South beach is home to some of Britain's best comedy acts, which can be seen throughout the summer. This is one of the oldest piers in the country, completed in 1855 and has been recently been splendidly restored and refurbished.

The nearby New Forest is the largest area of woodland and open heath in England, now under the careful administration by the Forestry Commission, established as a hunting ground by William the Conqueror.
